You will receive your Dachi subscription information, including copies of your
receipts through your email. if you have any questions you can reach out to our team

If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or is the
wrong item, you can return it for a refund. If you’ve changed your mind and want
to return it, you can ask the seller if they’ll accept a return.
If a popular item is out of stock, we try hard to restock within 2 weeks.
For slower selling items, we try to restock within 1-2 months. However,
please understand that restock times will vary
